Trash & Recycling Services for the Lee's Summit Area

Never had any issues with this trash company, always pick up my trash as scheduled. Love that the trash men dump the can entirely so loose trash is also dumped!! Office ladies seem mind and responsive.

One Planet Sanitation is an excellent company that is locally owned and operated in Lee’s Summit, MO. They really go above and beyond for their customers. We started using them a few years ago and they have been great. I strongly recommend them to my neighbors in Lee’s Summit.

This company is EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend!!! Customer care provided is phenomenal, signing up / paying is effortless & the crew is courteous & efficient!!! I’ve been using One Planet Sanitation for my weekly trash service for a year now. I’ve used 3 other companies since owning my home. This one BY FAR exceeds all others. They communicate in advance when any adjustment in pick-up is required due to holiday or unexpected circumstance. Importantly the crew ensures that they do NOT spill any trash while dumping my bin into the truck!!! I’m constantly having to pick up blowing trash/recyclables that my neighbors providers drop on a weekly basis – I am SO happy to have finally found a provider that takes such care! If only my neighbors would switch, then our cul-de-sac could be trash free on trash day…

Great company. Service has been great and any time there has been a concern they have been quick to either correct it or explain what happened. Would definitely recommend – we used a couple other companies in LS and One Planet is far and away the best.

By far the best trash service in Lees Summit. They even have dual trucks that will pick up both regular and recycling so it’s all done at once. AND you can get a person on the phone when you talk with them. LOVE this company.

Great customer service response. On time pick-up. Drivers actually leave your containers upright! We left the bigger guys after they ended up stopping their recycling program and switched to One Planet and are very happy that we did! Highly recommend. THANK YOU!

One Planet Sanitation is GREAT! The website is easy to use. The customer service is phenomenal. I love the logo on the bins, lol! The recycling program is wonderful!

We’ve been able to contact them quickly and get response every time, we missed pick up by 30 minutes once and they swung back by later in the day so we wouldn’t have to pull trash back into the garage. Much appreciated but they’ve been great to work with and we expect that to be a one time occurrence
