Nope. You can use your own bins for trash and recycling or request our bins when you order. There is just a refundable deposit required for each bin.

Nope, what you see is what you get. We do not charge fuel, environmental or administration fees. 

Yes. Please Contact Us before you need pick up and we will add you to our schedule for a small additional fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee collection if carts are not at the curbside by 6:30am.

We ask that all of our customers have their carts at curbside by 6:30am on their collection day. Collection occurs between 6:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. Your collection time may vary due to changes in routes or collections. Please Contact Us if you have questions or are concerned your stop may have been missed.

Oh no! If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please contact us immediately, so we can make it right. If you’d still like to cancel your service, please notify us 30 days in advance.

Payment is due by the 1st of the month for our monthly customers. Quarterly and annual customers payments are due by the 1st of the month their service is scheduled to start.

Statements are sent 30 days prior to their due date. If payment is not received before the 15th of the month, service will be suspended.
